I have this Card installed on my Desktop PC, it's Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit, without drivers it's standerd VGA display. However to test it, what i did is put the disc in that came with the graphics card, and looked for the ATI Radeon Catalyst setup, then went to properties on it, and set it to compatibility mode Windows XP 32bit and it installed, but it wouldn't let Catalyst control center start no matter what i tried, but it did install normally, also the display driver installed, and is the main display driver now, but when restarting the PC i get a blue screen that goes away in 2 seconds then shuts down, and you'll only have to start Windows Normally then.
Reason you have to go to Compatibility mode for the installation is because the graphics card is not compatible for DirectX 11 but instead 8.1 or even 9.0c, Which is Windows XP of course, so best bet would be to either go back to Windows XP and have full functionality of this Graphics card, or get a Newer one thats more compatible with Windows 7, cuz this one just isn't going to work unless you want to use the method i have just explained previously =)
