People are always coming to the Microsoft Forums and asking for a hardware device driver for some piece of hardware they would like to keep around after moving from one operating system to a newer one. What needs to be understood (and has been said over and over) is that the support for any given product comes from the product manufacturer. Yes - Windows (any version) has always come with some limited built-in drivers for a lot of products - but there are literally hundreds of thousands of different pieces of hardware out there (millions?) and Microsoft doesn't manufacturer many of them, neither does Apple, neither does any flavor of unix/linux, etc.
The support for hardware devices comes from the manufacturer of said hardware device - period. If they decide they are going to stop putting out drivers for a given piece of hardware at Windows XP SP2, that is what they do.

A lot of people have this perception that Microsoft should support their product since they 'did in an earlier version of Windows' - but truthfully - they didn't. Panasonic doesn't have the driver/software anywhere obvious and the things I have found only went as far as Vista and those random third-party links were usually broken. Looks like it is not supported. Try compatibility mode or Windows XP Mode.
